We stayed in a Hu Stay Premium which was perfect for us. Two en suite bedrooms with a small kitchenette in between them and decking and seating outside. Both bedrooms were air conditioned which was very welcome. Everything was very clean, beds were dressed and towels were provided. The site itself is spotless, bins everywhere and they are changed regularly. We had an issue with the hob on the first day and I scanned the QR code on the table and it was fixed within the hour. The pool is basic but we always found beds and umbrellas, there is a great snack bar and mini market on site with everything you could need. The head life guard was a great hit with my children, interacting and playing with them throughout the day. You can play ball in the pool and have fun, the only rule is no diving, but the pool is 1.2m so that is for the safety of everyone. The restaurant was fantastic and there was a live band on two nights in the main square. The bus stop to the Vatican is right outside the door of the site and the train station is a ten minute walk away. There is also a large supermarket and McDonalds across the road from the site. Check in and check out were super fast and I would highly recommend Hu Roma Camping in Town for a holiday in Rome.

We stayed for 5 nights in camping town and I really enjoyed it, the people were friendly, the reception desk is open 24/7, we arrived late at night and still could check in. We payed 30£ for tourist tax. The territory is clean, has market, restaurants, cafe, swimming pool and there are other facilities. The location is good you can get a shuttle bus or use local busses to get to the Rome. We chose to live in a separate house, we had our own small table and drying rack. The property was clean had all the belongings, towels, bed sheets and etc. We had a TV( it was only Italian tho), WiFi, air conditioner, fridge, hairdryer. Some people said that they had loud neighbours well we were lucky cause we had a separate apartment, it was away from shared houses. People in the camp are friendly, people come with dogs, cats, their own cars. You have a super market across the road as well. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would like to return!

Not sure how can people leave a bad review for this place. It’s my second time here and the bungalows are awesome and clean. The restaurant has cheap and tasty pastries, I loved the pistachio croissant. The stuff on the reception are fluent in multiple languages, nice and very helpful. We had a lot of luggage and the employees helped us with it by driving us with the golf carts to our bungalow. They also allowed us an early check in which I appreciate so much. It is a bit further away from the tourist places but there are good connections and the bus station is right in front of the camp! Also the bus station driving to the Fiumicino airport is only 15mins away. You hop on on a bus in front of the camp and get off at the station where your airport shuttle is parked. All in all, awesome stay, whenever I come to Rome I will always book here 😊

Breakfast was similar every day, but the offer was fine for different tastes - coffee, milk, black tea, juices, boiled eggs, cheese, salami, croissants, jam, nutella ;-), oranges, apples, bread. Breakfast items were still refilled. Those without breakfast can buy coffee and croissants in the restaurant at the same place. Our mobile home (Superior) was clean, with toilet, bathroom and washbasin. Space for sitting is outside. Heating (stay in December) by AC was sufficient. We left our luggage at the reception for the last day and it was gratis (whole day at Roma Termini 12 EUR). Small shop is in camp, Panorama supermarket is over the road.

. + parking behind the gate (although we've been directed to one currently under construction) + walking distance to the city center and public transport availability for weaker walkers + aircon/heating (but very noisy) + seems safe, with electronic locks + plenty of sockets, some quite close to the bed + quick and efficient checkin/checkout + pizza/restaurant (didn't use but it was open) + english spoken
